Bartlett Roofing in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to generate leads, conduct roof inspections, and close deals in a fast-paced field-based role.

You will own the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, earning uncapped commissions with paid training and full benefits including a 401(k) match, medical, dental, and vision. This full-time position requires afternoon and evening hours and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door)
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings
• Educate homeowners about services and the insurance claims process
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with professional communication
• Accurately document all sales activities through mobile tools and CRM
