Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a relief store-level salesperson to cover multiple stores in Oklahoma City. You will build relationships with small-format accounts, grow sales and distribution, and execute promotions while maintaining merchandising standards throughout the shift.

Quick Look

• Pay: $23.85 per hour

• Location:OKLAHOMA CITY, OK

• Work Days:Variable work schedule, 2 days off per week

• Start Time: 7am

• End Time: 3pm

Sell and merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina to local stores so communities can enjoy them, safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Be the relief store-level salesperson and key point of contact to small format accounts like convenience and gas stores, small grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, etc.
• Grow sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service in all assigned accounts
• Take inventory and place product orders for future delivery (delivered by another employee)
• Rotate and stock products on shelves and displays, in coolers, and in backrooms to meet merchandising standards
• Sell and execute promotions, including setting up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners
• Build strong relationships with store management, grow sales and space allocation, build displays, and complete required paperwork accurately and on time

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period
• Position requires bending, reaching, and squatting while merchandising and moving product
