Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time merchandiser to serve Marysville, WA, and surrounding small-format accounts. You will act as the primary store-level salesperson, build relationships with retailers, and ensure products are displayed and rotated effectively.

You’ll lift and move cases 20–45 lbs, stock displays, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive promotions and availability across Pepsi, Gatorade, Aquafina, and other brands. Must have reliable transportation and a valid license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have own car to access multiple store locations within shift.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift, load, push, and pull cases 20–45 lbs.
• Stand, walk, reach, and squat during merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary store-level salesperson and contact for small accounts like convenience and gas stores, etc.
• Build customer relationships and conduct business reviews to generate sales and provide excellent service.
• Rotate and stock products on shelves, displays, coolers, and backrooms.
• Learn new products and selling skills to grow accounts and create efficiencies.
• Execute displays, builds, and promotions, including lifting and moving cases 20–45 lbs.

• End Time: 5:00pm

Sell and merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina to local stores so communities can enjoy them, safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Be the primary store-level salesperson and key point of contact to small format accounts like convenience and gas stores, small grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, etc.
• Generate sales by building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, conducting business reviews, and providing exceptional customer service
• Rotate and stock products on shelves and displays, in coolers, vending equipment, and customers’ backrooms
• Learn new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow accounts and create efficiencies
• Be responsible for executing displays, builds, and promotions, which may require lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases ranging from 20–45 lbs.

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Must have car to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Valid U.S.driver's license and proof of insurance
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases ranging from 20-45 lbs
• Position requires standing, walking, reaching, and squatting while merchandising product
