Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will focus on growing sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and territories. The role involves establishing relationships with key personnel, meeting sales targets, and promoting Videojet products.

This remote position is part of Videojet’s North America Commercial Organization, ideally based in the Portland, OR metro area, covering Oregon and Southern Washington State. Travel is estimated at 20-40%, including occasional overnight stays.

Typical daily activities include:

  • Promoting Videojet products and services to increase sales and market share.
  • Understanding customer needs and negotiating contracts.
  • Sharing market insights with colleagues.
  • Forecasting sales volume, pricing, and margins.
  • Building long-term customer relationships.
  • Conducting revenue-generating activities sustainably to maintain competitiveness.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Business field
  • 2-5 years of technical sales or account management experience, preferably in B2B capital goods
  • Experience in the marking and product coding industry is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with SFDC and strategic selling is advantageous
