What you will do:
  • Position allows for remote and face-to-face sales activities, offering geographical flexibility within the specified location
  • Engage in sales to both new and existing customers, utilizing cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales strategies
  • Identify and assess potential sales opportunities, crafting medium to long-term sales plans to enhance relationships and boost energy solution sales
  • Drive towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and effective relationship management
  • Develop sales proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and manage customer details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure efficient sales operations
  • Expand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls, while assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
Skills and experience:
  • Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining a minimum annual sales budget of $3 million
  • Experience in effectively managing and expanding territories
  • General understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks
  • Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce
Additional responsibilities:
  • Focus on SMEs, responsible for face-to-face and remote sales activities
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Develop and deliver sales proposals and conduct product demonstrations
  • Develop medium to long-term sales plans and strategies
Experience:
  • University Degree / Specialised Diploma
