Job Title: Sales Representative Petrochemical and Refining (PCR)

Responsibilities:
  • Engage in remote and face-to-face sales activities, offering geographical flexibility within the specified location
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for new and existing customers, including cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales
  • Identify sales opportunities and craft medium to long-term sales plans to strengthen relationships and increase energy solution sales
  • Achieve revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and relationship management
  • Prepare sales proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and manage customer information in CRM systems
  • Expand customer network through regular sales calls, assessing customer needs, and recommending solutions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Proven success managing a minimum annual sales budget of $3 million
  • Experience in managing and expanding territories effectively
  • General understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical equipment, energy storage, and load banks
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce
