Sales Representative – Paid Training – $65K–$120K+

W2 | Base Draw + Commission | Uncapped Earnings | Paid Training

We're hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Sales Representatives , helping homeowners and small businesses access clean, affordable energy through community solar and rooftop solutions.

No solar experience required — we provide paid training, tools, and a proven system to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners and small businesses across your local territory

• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
• Explain community solar and rooftop solar options in a simple, clear way
• Convert prospects into subscribers and customers
• Track activity and work toward weekly and monthly sales goals

This is a customer-facing, outside sales role focused on building relationships and helping people save on energy costs.

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings: $65,000 – $120,000+

• W2 position with base draw during training + uncapped commission
