SalesDraft is hiring Solar Sales Representatives in Philadelphia, PA. This outside, customer-facing role involves meeting homeowners and small businesses to educate them on solar options and energy savings. No prior solar experience is required as paid training and a proven system are provided to help you succeed.

You will work toward sales targets, track activity, and benefit from a base draw with uncapped commission, plus incentives and growth opportunities within a fast-growing industry.

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings: $65,000 – $120,000+
• W2 position with base draw during training + uncapped commission
