Job summary

Classic Air in South Florida is seeking an Owner Direct Sales Representative to build and manage direct relationships with building owners, facility managers, and corporate real estate teams across Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties. You will identify opportunities, understand client needs, and collaborate with estimating and operations teams to deliver MEP solutions, PMAs, repairs, and capital projects.

You will develop a strong pipeline, achieve annual sales targets, and represent the company

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, facility services, or construction (owner-direct or end-user sales strongly preferred)
• Experience selling service or maintenance agreements is a major plus
• An existing network of facility managers, property managers, or owners in South Florida
• Working knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) and the ability to discuss them with technical and non-technical customers
• A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own territory
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Valid Florida driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to travel daily between Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new owner-direct customers across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, and multifamily markets.
• Sell and grow PMAs for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and use them as a foundation for long-term customer relationships and follow-on work.
• Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, owners, and asset managers so Classic Air becomes their go-to MEP partner.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs, including HVAC/RTU replacements, electrical upgrades, generator and power distribution work, plumbing repairs, and energy-efficiency projects.
• Work with estimators and project managers to develop scopes, pricing, and proposals, then present them to customers.
• Manage your pipeline in our CRM, forecast accurately, and meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Represent Classic Air at BOMA, IFMA, and other industry and networking events throughout South Florida.
• Keep track of local market trends, competitor activity, and code changes that create opportunities.

Classic Air is a South Florida contractor delivering mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. We're known for quality work, safety, and responsive service on everything from service calls and retrofits to major system upgrades. We're expanding our owner-direct business and are looking for a driven Sales Representative to help lead that growth.

The Role

As an Owner Direct Sales Representative, you will build and manage relationships directly with building owners, facility managers, property management firms, and corporate real estate teams across Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties. You'll find opportunities, understand customer needs, and work with our estimating and operations teams to deliver MEP solutions, including Preventive Maintenance Agreements (PMAs), repairs, equipment replacements, and capital projects.

• Achieve $2.0 million in sales in your first year.
• Build a recurring revenue base through new PMA customers.
• Establish a strong pipeline of owner-direct accounts across Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties.
