We are seeking a Sales Representative Outside Remodeling Sales to join our team! With weeks of Paid Training You will resolve customer questions, work with client proposals, and maintain involvement throughout construction to further company revenue. Our location is Vienna, VA and all applicants should live in Northern VA

We are seeking a Sales Representative Outside Remodeling Sales to join our team! With weeks of Paid Training You will resolve customer questions, work with client proposals, and maintain involvement throughout construction to further company revenue. Our location is Vienna, VA and all applicants should live in Northern VA

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell Deck, Porch, Patio, and Sunroom services to new and existing customers
• Meet with pre-qualified "company-provided" potential customers
• Reach agreed-upon sales targets during monthly periods
• Resolve customer inquiries and be involved in resolving customer issues
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Learn or Improve upon working knowledge of our 3D-CAD system to present to customers
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with or willingness to quickly learn 3D-CAD platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong work ethic and basic negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
