As a Senior Roofing Rep, you'll play a crucial role in providing quality customer service while selling roofing solutions. But before you embark on this exciting journey, you'll start by knocking on doors, gaining valuable experience, and once you've proven yourself, you'll have access to company-bought leads.

In this role, you'll attend weekly company-wide Tuesday Zooms or in-person meetings, ensuring you stay connected with the team. You'll also pass the Maryland State Sales Exam and maintain active status, demonstrating your commitment to excellence. From properly filling out paperwork and uploading it to the CRM to tagging appropriate people as needed and capturing all essential photos and requirements, attention to detail is key. You'll oversee builds, interact with your manager on a weekly basis, and promptly report any issues that may arise.

To excel in this position, we have set key performance indicators (KPIs) for you to strive for. Keeping your closing rate above 30% (with 40% being the ideal) is crucial, as well as maintaining monthly sales of at least $60k. Regularly updating all jobs in the AL system at least biweekly ensures smooth operations.
