Job summary

Treace is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth and support surgeons with our 3D solutions for bunion treatment. This role requires building relationships, following up on leads, and providing product training to operating room teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of field sales experience, with the ability to travel up to 90% locally and up to 20% overnight. A valid driver’s license and car insurance are required.

• Deliver impact by becoming a subject matter expert and supporting OR teams.
• Strategize for growth by building new relationships and converting leads.
• Provide feedback to marketing to inform product design.
• Coordinate and execute product training for surgeons, including cadaveric sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to expand sales and ensure continuity.

As a Sales Representative at Treace, you will:
