Location: Remote - Territory: Great Lakes and Northeastern regions, including Canada
Travel: Up to 60% (Domestic and International)
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually + Commission

MSHS Pacific Power Group is seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and results-driven Sales Representative, to spearhead growth in our marine Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business. Based in the Great Lakes and Northeastern regions, including Canada, this role is ideal for a proactive deal-maker and strategic relationship builder with a headhunter's mindset-skilled at identifying opportunities, navigating complex customer needs, and delivering customized engineered systems, products, and services to clients across the marine industry. We're specifically looking for someone with deep knowledge of the Great Lakes and Northeastern market, who understands the regional customer landscape and can leverage existing networks to drive meaningful growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue and growth objectives in the marine MRO market
  • Identify and close new business opportunities through early customer engagement and consultative sales approaches
  • Deliver technical presentations and solutions tailored to client needs
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry-specific requirements
  • Register and track all opportunities and communications through CRM systems
  • Create and execute a sales plan specific to the assigned territory to ensure
  • Support service planning to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Attend and represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences
  • Maintain active, strategic relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
  • Act as the customer advocate, providing valuable feedback to internal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in outside sales within the marine or power generation markets
  • Familiarity with control systems, automation solutions, and Woodward products is a strong plus
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to deliver persuasive and informative sales presentations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
    • 10+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Fluent in English (Spanish or other languages are a plus)
  • Valid U.S. REAL ID
  • Willing and able to travel up to 60%
