Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. in Madison, WI seeks a Sales Representative to advance surgical solutions for bunion and midfoot deformities.

You will become a subject matter expert, support OR teams, and drive growth by building new customer relationships and following up on leads. The role requires 2+ years of field sales experience, ability to travel up to 90% locally and up to 20% overnight, and a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Impact: become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Strategize for Growth: build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, and drive customer conversion consistently.
• Provide Feedback to Innovate: collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction.
• Train for Excellence: plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on cadaveric settings.
• Foster Relationships: maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
• The ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and the capability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• A valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
