Job summary

Treace is seeking a Sales Representative in New York to drive growth in our surgical devices portfolio. You will become a subject matter expert, support surgeons and operating room teams, and help deliver optimal patient outcomes.

You will travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%, build new customer relationships, and collaborate with marketing to feedback insights for product improvements. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of field sales are required.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
• The ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and the capability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• A valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impact by becoming a subject matter expert in Treace products and procedures, supporting surgeons and OR teams.
• Strategize for growth by building and maintaining new customer relationships and driving conversions.
• Provide feedback to innovate by collaborating with marketing on product design and user satisfaction.
• Train for excellence by planning and delivering product training for surgeons (didactic and hands-on cadaveric).
• Foster relationships with key accounts to expand sales and ensure service continuity.
