Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in San Fernando, CA seeks a dedicated store-level salesperson to manage large format accounts. You will drive sales by cultivating customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, and conducting reviews with retailers.

You will stock displays, rotate products, and support promotions throughout your shift. Expect active merchandising, on-the-job training, and a fast-paced environment with physical tasks including lifting up to 45 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation to access multiple stores.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Able to lift, load, push and pull cases 20–45 lbs during merchandising tasks.
• Stand, walk, reach, and squat as part of stocking and display responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Quick Look

• Pay: $813.56 per week


• Location: San Fernando, CA


• Work Days: Monday - Friday


• Start Time: 5am


• End Time: 3pm

Sell and merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina to local stores so communities can enjoy them, safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Be the primary store-level salesperson to large format accounts like supermarkets and mass merchants


• Generate sales by building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, conducting business reviews, and providing exceptional customer service


• Rotate and stock products on shelves and displays, in coolers, vending equipment, and customers’ backrooms


• Learn new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow accounts and create efficiencies


• Be responsible for executing displays, builds, and promotions, which may require lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases ranging from 20–45 lbs.

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older


• Must have car to access multi-store locations within assigned shift


• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance


• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases ranging from 20-45 lbs (with or without accommodation)


• Position requires standing, walking, reaching, and squatting while merchandising product (with or without accommodation)
