Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is hiring for a full-time merchandiser to stock and rotate PepsiCo brands in local stores around Gilroy, CA. The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases, bending and moving products throughout a long shift, and building displays to support promotions.

You’ll work Tuesday through Saturday, starting at 4:00 am and finishing around 1:00 pm. A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation are essential to reach multiple locations daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple stores.
• Lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to bend, reach and squat as part of daily tasks.
• May be required to work holidays.
• Must drive to locations in different geographic areas.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Collaborate with store teams, communicate needs, and assist with orders and records.

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
