Position Location: Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, and Louisiana. Applicants must reside within these states to be considered.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to match the right coverages, products, and benefits, converting leads into policyholders.

Position Details:

  • Paid training begins from day one in a remote environment. Licensing in Property & Casualty Insurance is required; training includes licensing if needed.
  • Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits start immediately.
  • No cold calling, only inbound warm leads.
  • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
  • Schedule involves 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, typically 11 am-8 pm CST, for at least 12 months before shift change consideration.
  • All necessary computer equipment is provided. Must maintain a professional home workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload); satellite and mobile internet are unsupported.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred; at least 2 years of sales or service-related work required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
  • Effective communication skills for prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing skills and PC proficiency.
  • Property and Casualty license required post-hire.
