What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders
- Represent the employer's brand with integrity while connecting customers to suitable products
- Maintain a professional workspace and meet remote work requirements
- Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, typically starting at 11 AM CST

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
- Excellent communication abilities with prospects and customers
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
