Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Florida. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details:

Training is paid and conducted in a remote environment. All representatives need a Property & Casualty Insurance license, which is included in the paid training if needed.

  • Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits start from Day 1.
  • No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
  • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
  • Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, typically 11am-8pm CST, for at least 12 months.
  • Work-from-home requirements include a dedicated workspace and high-speed wired internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in typing and PC use.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
