Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details:

  • Paid training in a remote environment, including licensing if needed.
  • Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
  • Schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST), for at least 12 months.
  • Provided computer equipment; must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Effective communication with prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing and PC proficiency.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
