Position Note: Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates residing in Texas. Applicants must live within this state to be considered.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs, and matching coverage options to convert leads into policyholders.

  • Reliable Teammate: Adapts well to various environments and schedules, whether remote or in-office.
  • Customer-Centric Closer: Combines sales skills with integrity, ensuring customers receive suitable products and services.

Position Details:

  • Paid training in a remote environment, including licensing if needed (training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed).
  • Comprehensive benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
  • Rewards and recognition opportunities.
  • Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, typically 11 am - 8 pm CST, for at least 12 months.
  • Equipment provided; must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Effective communication with prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in typing and PC use.
  • Property & Casualty License required after hire.
