Base Salary Range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

The starting salary varies based on skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full range reflects the market value and opportunities for growth. Additional compensation such as commissions and bonuses may apply.

Position Details

This role is available for candidates in Florida. Applicants must reside in the state.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs.
• Match products and coverages to customer needs to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Requirements

• Paid training includes licensing if needed, lasting 16-18 weeks.

• No cold calling; all leads are warm.
• Schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend, with shifts around 11am-8pm CST.
• Work from a dedicated, high-speed internet-connected workspace at home.
