Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the right coverages to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

Training is paid and starts in a remote environment. Insurance licensing is required; paid training includes licensing if needed.

• Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed.
• Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
• No cold calls, only inbound warm leads.
• Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
• Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend, mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST), minimum 12 months.
• Equipment provided; must have a dedicated workspace, wired internet with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload. Satellite and mobile internet are unsupported.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in typing and PC use.
• Property & Casualty License required after hire.
