Base pay ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 per year, with potential earnings up to $85,000+ for top performers. The starting salary typically begins at $45,000, with opportunities for growth and additional commissions.

Position Details

This role is available in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, and Louisiana. Candidates must reside in these states.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, consulting with customers on insurance needs, and matching them with appropriate products. No cold calling involved, only warm leads.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in sales/service-related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• PC proficiency and typing skills.
• Property & Casualty License required after hire (training provided if needed).
