Job Description

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match products to convert leads into policyholders.

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about sales and customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and organize well.
• Property & Casualty License required after hire; training includes licensing if needed.

Position Details

• Paid remote training for 16-18 weeks.
• All equipment provided; must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet.
• Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid-morning start.
