Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, & Kentucky. Applicants must reside within these locations to be considered.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

From day one, you'll begin paid training in a remote environment. All representatives need a Property & Casualty Insurance license, which is included in paid training if needed.

  • Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits start from Day 1.
  • No cold calls, only incoming warm leads.
  • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
  • Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST), for at least 12 months before shift consideration.
  • All equipment provided; must maintain a professional workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
  • Effective communication with prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing and PC proficiency.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
