What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages and products.
- Represent the employer brand and connect customers with the right products for their individual needs.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring clients receive quality products and services.
- Participate in a paid training program lasting 16-18 weeks, depending on licensing status.
- Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required, with 2-3 years preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary to close sales.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects and customers.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire.
