The starting salary is typically around $45,000, with opportunities for growth and commissions that can increase total earnings up to $85,000+ for top performers.

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching them with appropriate coverages and products. This role involves no cold calling, comprehensive paid training, and licensing support.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; at least 2 years in sales/service required.
