Cadillac - Remote Field Sales Representatives 2B

We are seeking motivated Remote Field Sales Representatives to join our team. This role involves supporting our US Sales Operations team with a focus on Aftersales Strategy and requires coordination across various internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation and resolution support for Cadillac Aftersales initiatives, supporting non-Cadillac Field and 360 Multi-Point Cadillac Dealers.
  • Facilitate and present training sessions for new Cadillac Aftersales Field staff, with support from Cadillac HQ SMEs.
  • Support Cadillac Launch Readiness activities, including updating Regional Service Teams on various operational cases and changes.
  • Assist in Cadillac L246 readiness initiatives, including the organization and operationalization of technician training and engagement for CELESTIQ.
  • Support roadside, mobile services, and pickup & delivery programs, managing dealer enrollment and program updates.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, capable of delivering difficult news and engaging in hard discussions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Analytical skills to support reporting and decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
  • 2-3 years of automotive experience (any auto experience acceptable).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if experience is sufficient.
