We are seeking a results-driven, design-minded Sales Representative who thrives in face-to-face environments, loves helping homeowners transform their spaces, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.

This role is 100% commission-based with no cap—our top reps regularly earn $175K+ annually.

We’re disrupting the home remodeling industry in Los Angeles and Orange County with an all-in-one approach to kitchen and bath renovations. From curated design collections to full project execution, our team handles everything—design, materials, construction, and project management.

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with homeowners exploring bathroom or kitchen renovations
• Guide clients through design-driven discussions, helping them envision their dream space
• Close deals ranging from $40K to $75K+ using a consultative sales approach
• Manage and prioritize a pipeline of appointments to consistently exceed sales goals
• Provide insights to continuously improve the customer experience and sales process
• Educate yourself on design basics, product offerings, and renovation workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of sales experience (home, lifestyle, or design industry preferred)
• Based in Los Angeles or Orange County
• Deep appreciation for or background in design, interiors, or construction
• Excellent communication, listening, and consultative selling skills
• Strong time management: ability to handle multiple in-home meetings per week
• Comfortable using phone, email, and text to engage leads
• Willingness to work weekdays and some weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Bonus: HIS Certification (We’ll help you get it if you don’t have it)
• 100% Commission-Based
• First-Year OTE: $150K–$175K
• Second-Year OTE: $200K+ (Uncapped)
• Mileage Reimbursement: $28/appointment (based on 40-mile round trip) + additional mileage overage
