About the Position

The Hoffmann Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, seeks driven, motivated, and coachable entrepreneurs to join our team. Our mission is to protect families nationwide with life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advisement. This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped commissions paid daily.

Position Details

• Part-Time Agent: 15-20 hours/week, potential earnings of $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year.
• Full-Time Agent: 30-35 hours/week, potential earnings of $80,000-$180,000+ in the first year.
• Opportunity to build your own team and obtain contractual ownership of your agency, creating passive income and legacy.
