Hiley Hyundai West is seeking sales representatives. Sales are on the rise and we need proven salespeople to serve our customers. You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation.

Responsibilities

• Present new and pre‑owned vehicles to potential clients.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Keep up to date on manufacturer and company training to be knowledgeable for clients.
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
• Maintain rapport with new and existing customers.
• Foster a customer‑centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
• Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position; we provide all the training necessary to build a career in the automobile business.
• Computer proficiency is a must to help us serve the large volume of customers that engage the dealership via our website and email.
• Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of handling clients in a sales or customer service environment.
• Self‑starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Ready to learn new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve.
