Arrow Electronics is hiring an Inside Sales Representative II for the Southern Ohio market. This full-time, remote role supports strategic account management and solutions selling across assigned customers, driving growth through Arrow's technology portfolios.

You will qualify potential customers, manage referrals with Arrow Advantage teams, oversee account reviews, and maintain accurate data while attending training sessions as part of a nationwide sales program.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a four-year degree and 5 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience.
• Sales, cold calling/prospecting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills if no industry experience.
• This position will be remote with expectation to attend general sales training every other Monday.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to the assigned customer base. Responsible for Sales Excellence through the development and management of customer strategy in assigned account territory.
• Sell and drive Solutions Selling within the approved account level strategy. Requires knowledge of the competitive landscape in the market and the ability to make sales decisions based on that information.
• Contact and qualify potential customers for sales and excess potential and assign them to account buckets.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $26.10 - $31.90 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
