BaseForce in Los Angeles is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop client relationships, identify needs, and drive revenue with excellent communication. This role offers a base salary of $1200 per month plus sales commissions, flexible part-time hours, and growth opportunities within the company.

Applicants should have proven sales experience and a business degree; housing assistance can be provided for out-of-state candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Indian nationality preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering solutions.
• Identify potential leads and actively pursue them to increase sales.
• Conduct market research stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations to improve sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.
