The role emphasizes sales and marketing of installed flooring solutions and materials for commercial, retail, and industrial markets.

The compensation includes signing bonus, high base, commissions, and quarterly/yearly incentives, with total annual pay estimated between $120k and $300k for the territory.

Formación

• Sales experience in commercial flooring required.
• Experience with concrete polishing and resinous coatings highly preferred.
• 2+ years of past territory and account development experience.
• Strong qualifying and closing abilities with a track record of sales success.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid State driver's license (in good standing) required.

QuestMark is hiring an experienced Sales Representative in the commercial flooring industry - specifically withe xperience with Concrete Polishing and Resinous Coatings. The main focus of this role is the sales and marketing of our installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems as well as our materials for end usersin commercial, retail, and industrial markets.

Signing Bonus + High Base + Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Yearly Bonus

The annual, total compensation for this territory is: $120k - $300k

Job Summary:

• Responsiblefor account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling /prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings
• New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstrations
• Provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers
• Some overnight travel
• Successful candidate should have the motivation and desire to help grow and build regional sales

Candidate Qualifications:

• Sales experience in commercial flooring required; Experience with concrete polishing & resinous coatings highly preferred
• 2+ years of past territory and account development experience
• Solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales success
• The ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment
• Solid time and territory management skills and a strong motivation to develop new accounts
• Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required
