Founded in 2007, Club Pilates is the nation’s largest and fastest-growing Pilates franchise with locations in 33 states and 2 countries. It offers a variety of class formats to meet diverse client needs, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The company has sold over 700 territories across the US and Canada, with more than 500 instructors delivering over 7 million workouts annually.

Position:

The Sales Representative assists the General Manager in acquiring new members through sales and booking Intro Classes, while also supporting member retention. Pilates knowledge is preferred but not required.

Requirements:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with ability to meet sales targets in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
  • Ability to learn and operate the Club Ready software system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours
  • Good hearing to understand conversations in person and on the phone
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication skills
  • Public speaking skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation, clean DMV record, and pass background check
Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads, follow up, and close sales
  • Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and assessing individual needs
  • Maintain personal sales goals
  • Promote club objectives as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present services to current and prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to meet sales quotas
  • Participate in promotional events
  • Develop selling skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Compensation & Perks:

Competitive base salary based on experience, plus commissions, bonuses, and growth opportunities within the studio, including management roles.
