You’ll be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers, with the autonomy to organize your day to meet customers at their convenience. You’ll close deals by offering hands-on demos, WiFi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions—keeping customers connected to what matters most.

How you get the job done:
  • We’ll start with paid training to set you up for success in working independently in the field. Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities will keep you on track and tech-savvy.
  • You’ll meet with potential customers daily. AT&T will pre-schedule interactions, giving you the chance to meet and surpass your sales targets.
  • You’ll use strong negotiation and communication skills to make smooth pivots, motivate yourself to succeed, and close sales.
Key expectations to succeed:
  • Some prior sales experience, preferably in a target-driven environment.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license—company car provided, so be ready to drive.
  • Work a varied schedule to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our Field Sales Representatives earn between $39,312 - $51,896 + $20,000 in commissions annually if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commissions, top sellers can earn over $71,029 per year. Starting salary may vary based on location, experience, and education.
