Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers entering the dealership, answer questions, and help them select suitable vehicles
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships
• Explain product performance, features, and benefits; describe optional equipment; determine customer needs through questions and listening
• Deliver vehicles, ensuring customers understand operating features, warranty, and paperwork, fostering customer loyalty
• Stay informed about inventory, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of sales experience required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic team player
• Proven customer-service or retail sales experience
• Must be 18+ years old to comply with company driving policy
