Job summary

West Shore Home in Nashville, TN is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to meet homeowners and present our bathroom, flooring, windows and doors solutions using our proven in-home process.

You will work a rotating schedule and receive a competitive base plus uncapped commissions with a first-year earning potential up to $200K+. Training, benefits, and growth opportunities are included.

Must have a valid driver’s license and a smartphone for our systems.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience preferred; welcoming diverse backgrounds.
• Smartphone required to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers at their homes to present products and services.
• Explain value and installation quality of West Shore Home solutions.
• Help customers find options within their budget and close sales.
• Complete post-sale activities and scheduling as needed.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.

Purpose of Position:

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
  • Weeks 1–2:Mon–Fri, available 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Weeks 3–4:Tues–Fri (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM–2:00 PM)
• No cold-calling or lead generation- all leads are warm and pre-set. We want you to do what you do best- selling!
• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in-depth consultant on our products.
• Communicate the value of our products and of our installation quality.
• Work with the customer to find options that work inside their budget.
• Close sales with customers and provide required post sale activity.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.

Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver’s Licensewith a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience but we’ve also seen great success with those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
