Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a Flooring Sales Associate to help customers find the right flooring solutions and close opportunities. You will meet with customers, uncover needs, and build a pipeline while following up to convert leads into sales.

This role offers a highly competitive base pay with monthly commission and bonuses, plus a 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness days, and company holidays. You will contribute to a diverse, inclusive store culture and help deliver outstanding customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of sales experience
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right flooring solution and turn opportunities into sales.
• Meet with customers, uncover their needs, and make confident recommendations.
• Build your pipeline, follow up relentlessly, and move opportunities toward the close.
• Ask for the sale and overcome objections with confidence.
• Build relationships that create repeat business, referrals, and new opportunities.
• Own the customer from the first conversation through the sale and follow-up.
• Use your sales skills and product knowledge to sell solutions—not just products or price.
• Consistently hit and exceed your sales goals.
• Keep the showroom ready to impress customers and support the sales process.
• Process orders accurately and help with store operations when needed.
