Job summary

Fully Promoted Cleveland West is seeking a Sales Representative to expand our local customer base through active prospecting, in-person visits, and strong relationship building. This field role offers autonomy, a clear route to advancement, and earnings potential through salary plus commission.

You will visit a variety of businesses, present our branding and apparel solutions, and manage the full cycle from lead to quote to close.

Responsibilities

• Visit businesses in an assigned territory including offices, retail locations, restaurants and industrial parks.
• Introduce the Fully Promoted brand and explain apparel, promotional products, printing and branding services.
• Identify new business opportunities through in-person prospecting.
• Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present product options, promotions, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Gather customer information and return qualified leads for quoting.
• Deliver quotes and follow up consistently to close business.
• Maintain an organized follow-up system for leads and active prospects.
