Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Florida is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to keep our senior living communities fully occupied. You will engage with prospective residents, present options, and collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to tailor community strategies.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (preferred), experience in sales or customer service, and strong communication and public speaking skills.

Under general supervision of the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a fully occupied community and strong waiting list assuring high occupancy into the future. The sales team also works closely with our corporate Sales & Marketing Department to create a community specific strategy aligned with company goals and community needs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)


• Experience in sales, marketing, or related field is preferred, but not required


• Strong communication and presentation/public speaking skills
