Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Florida to support the Sales & Marketing team with events, prospect communication, and scheduling visits for consultants. You will maintain CRM data, generate reports, and help drive outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in sales, marketing, or related field.

• Assist Sales & Marketing with planning and executing marketing events.

Recent college graduates and individuals with a background in hospitality, dining services, customer service, or financial services are welcomed!

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales & Marketing team with various duties, such as planning and executing marketing events, communicating with prospects, scheduling visits/appointments for the sales consultants, entering accurate contact/account information in Salesforce (CRM), completing timely reports, and monitoring/ordering sales and marketing collateral. Assists the sales team with creating an outreach strategy and conducting outreach visits.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in sales, marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and presentation/public speaking skills

Pay Range

$20.09 - $24.70 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
