Pacific Group is a full-service Marble, Granite, and Quartz countertop company. We are excited to announce an opening for a Sales Representative position. The Sales Representative is responsible for retail sales of marble, granite, and quartz countertops. We pride ourselves on being the best in our field and have received the majority of our business through word of mouth. This is a remote/on-the-road sales position that requires discipline to work and drive results with minimal supervision.

We are looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in both commercial and residential sectors. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions to each customer to boost revenue, growth, customer acquisition, and profitability. If you have a "GoGetter" mentality, are a top performer, and have a desire to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  1. Present, promote, and sell products/services using compelling arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  2. Perform measurements and create templates.
  3. Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential and existing customers to meet their needs.
  4. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  5. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  6. Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.
  7. Achieve sales targets and outcomes within designated schedules.
  8. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  9. Analyze territory/market potential, track sales, and generate status reports.
  10. Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  11. Stay informed about best practices and promotional trends.
  12. Continuously improve through feedback.
Skills
  • Proven experience as a sales representative.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Moraware is a plus but not required.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
