The Roofing Sales Representative at Coastal Elite Roofing will be responsible for performing comprehensive solutions for both residential and commercial properties. • Must be able to physically climb a ladder and walk a roof.

Job Responsibilities

• Must be able to climb a roof to physically inspect and assess any damage to the roof.
• Generate new leads and business opportunities by networking and prospecting.
• Determine and present the best options for the homeowner to serve their roofing needs.
• Write and review contracts.
• Effectively communicate with customers, management, office staff, and field personnel regarding all aspects of the sales process.
• Create your own schedule to optimize your success.
