Job summary

HTU is looking for a full-time roofing sales professional to join our team. You will generate leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals, schedule and deliver professional presentations with homeowners, and perform roof inspections on-site.

You will educate customers on roofing options, manage relationships, and grow a strong client base. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to work outdoors on roofs.

Qualifications

• Past sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to work full-time (40 hours/week) and outdoors.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary plus commissions.
• Average earnings between $70,000 and $125,000 per year; top earners exceed $150,000.
