Job summary

Sleep Number in Missouri is seeking a customer‑facing sales associate to identify individual sleep needs and tailor product recommendations. You will clearly explain benefits and promotions, delivering personalized experiences that drive satisfaction and sales.

You will nurture prospects through outbound calls, build relationships for repeat business, and help maintain a welcoming showroom. Training and coaching support your growth in a competitive, commission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with diverse customers.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings/weekends.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with consultative or relationship-based sales is a plus.
• Familiar with CRM and POS systems.

Clearly explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals. Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls, with a strong focus on building relationships that generate repeat and new business. What You Bring

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team.

What You’ll Get

• All team members earn a salary of $47,000‑$66,000 annually; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
• Guaranteed base pay of $16/hour, along with uncapped commission and bonus potential.
