Job summary

Sleep Number is hiring a Sales Associate to connect with customers, understand their sleep needs, and recommend Sleep Number products. You will clearly explain benefits and promotions while delivering a personalized shopping experience to help achieve store sales goals.

You will nurture prospective customers through outbound calls, maintain a well-kept showroom, and participate in ongoing training to sharpen selling skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales is preferred.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, point-of-sale technology, and interactive sales tools (e.g., iPads, apps).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with a team.

What You’ll Get

• All team members earn a salary of $47,000‑$66,000 annually; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
• Guaranteed base pay of $16/hour, along with uncapped commission and bonus potential.
