Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a customer-focused sales associate in our Sioux City store. You will match customers with Sleep Number products, explain benefits and promotions, and deliver tailored experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities include proactively contacting prospects, maintaining a polished showroom, and participating in ongoing sales training. A 1–2 year retail or customer service background and flexible schedule are preferred.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.

• Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales, ideally in a commission-driven environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, point-of-sale technology, and interactive sales tools (e.g., iPads, apps).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team.

What You’ll Get

• Most team members earn a salary of $47,000-$66,000 annually; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
• Guaranteed base pay of $16/hour, along with uncapped commission and bonus potential.
